The Health benefits of drinking enough water, and how not to get caught out.

The other day I decided to walk from my new house to the shops. It was the first time I had made this walk, and I had taken a wrong turn early on so it was an entirely new route for me. (Anyone who knows me knows I'm great at getting lost.) So I had a nice long walk to the shops. The sun was shining, the dogs were barking a warm welcome, and the trees were a beautiful new green. I got to the shops absolutely gasping for a drink. I went to the fridge, cracked a bottle open as I walked to the counter, took my card out of my purse and heard "Cash only please". I was distraught. I had already opened the drink, (something I don't make a habit of doing) and I knew I could work out how to fix the situation only if I got a drink in the next thirty seconds. As I'm sure most of you know, you can't seem to think straight when your body is missing something important for your survival function. Thank goodness the girl at the counter could see my distress, and was willing to help me.
